Refund Policy
Last updated: July 3, 2026
If your $39 report didn't help you, we refund it in full. No questions, no forms, no convincing us. Email us within 30 days of purchase and it's done.
The policy
RepairCap costs $39, one time. If you're unsatisfied for any reason — the analysis missed things, the letter wasn't useful, the deal fell through, or you simply changed your mind — you're entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase. You're buying a house; the last thing you need is an argument over $39.
How to get one
Email support@repaircap.com with your payment receipt or your report link. That's the whole process. Refunds go back to your original payment method; depending on your bank, expect it to appear within 5–10 business days.
What we won't do
- We won't ask why. "I'd like a refund" is a complete sentence.
- We won't make you fill out a survey or sit through a retention pitch.
- We won't claw back your report — it stays available to you until it's automatically deleted under our privacy policy.
What the $39 does — and doesn't — buy
To be straight with you about the product: your fee buys a complete breakdown of your inspection report — issue triage, estimated repair costs, and a ready-to-send Ask Letter. The estimates are informational ranges, not contractor bids, and no one can guarantee a seller will agree to credits or repairs. A negotiation that doesn't go your way isn't a product defect — but it also doesn't matter here, because the refund is no-questions-asked either way.
Fair-use note
This policy exists so no honest buyer ever feels stuck. We reserve the right to decline refunds only in cases of clear abuse — for example, systematically purchasing, refunding, and re-purchasing to avoid ever paying. If you're a real person who bought a real report, this will never apply to you.
